Born in Rome in 1952, Daniela Cesarini Sforza graduated with a degree in Philosophy with maximum grades at La Sapienza University in Rome in 1975. Married with two daughters, she is still living in Rome and works in Regione Lazio as the Manager of Business Department. She took part at several international conferences in retail and business development as a speaker. Currently she is the Vice-Coordinator of the Italian Interregional Authority for Business Activities and the Coordinator of public spaces.

She follows up the Italian Dlgs. Number 59/2010 concerning the implementation of EU directive number 123/2000. Daniela Cesarini Sforza has also edited several publications and issues.
