Professor at Institut Français d’urbanisme in Marne la Vallée; Director of “Urban-project Workshops Program” and originator of “Urban Project Workshops”,

Writer and editor of the “Projet Urbain Collection”, as well as other books like “ “The happy city by Renzo Piano” (2004), “Projets urbains en France/urban strategies”, “ An urbanism of new ways of life”, “Bilbao, thinking the city though culture”, .”Birmingham private public partnerships.”, “Making cities with low rise buildings”, “ How to build a sustainable city, Breda”, ..

Author of 40 presentations, visits and debates concerning exemplary French and European urban-scale projects.

Responsible for the organization of the “Grand Prix de l’Urbanisme” in France as well as direction of the books published every year as portraits of the winners (Portzamparc, Reichen, Siza, Cuillier, Lion, Mangin…)
